Ukraine and Russia are both necessary markets for Grundfos. The Danish pump producer has a gross sales company with roughly 30 employees in Ukraine, and a gross sales firm and manufacturing facility with approximately 500 staff in Russia.
Grundfos says its focus now is on its staff in Russia and Ukraine and supporting them in one of the only ways. The firm will continue to maintain its workplaces and factory to be able to open once more when the scenario allows.
Meanwhile the Grundfos Foundation is donating DKK15 million to aid efforts to assist people in Ukraine and those who have been forced to flee to neighbouring nations.
