The Norwegian firm may even supply various engine room pumps which are required for the main engine and support engines, in addition to different general-purpose pumps as required for operating the wellboats.
The two wellboats are Aas Mekaniske Verksted newbuilds 213 and 214.

“We are very pleased to be part of this value chain, which is now working like a finely tuned machine,” stated Øyvind Berg, vp of gross sales and advertising at PG Flow Solutions.
“The wellboats have been designed with fish welfare in thoughts. Our seawater circulation pumps have been developed with an equivalent philosophy. The merging of our technologies due to this fact is sensible operationally, financially and from an animal well being perspective.”
