Tencarva Machinery Company has acquired Fischer Process Industries, a US distributor of pumps, valves and course of equipment servicing Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia and Georgia.

Headquartered in Loveland, Ohio, with additional places in Alpharetta, Georgia; Owensboro, Kentucky; Marietta, Ohio; and Indianapolis, Indiana, Fischer Process provides full purposes engineering functionality and complete restore and repair centres for rotating gear and liquid dealing with equipment in each of its areas.
Fischer Process’s current administration staff, including president Ken Fischer, will stay with the corporate.
